A Let’s Hear hearing test is a free, painless, 30-minute full audiological evaluation — not a quick screening — available at all 8 clinics and as a ₹500 home visit.
What the assessment includes
- A conversation about where hearing is hardest for you — calls, TV, meetings, the dinner table.
- Otoscopy — a look inside the ear canal. Wax or infection sometimes explains everything, and that’s a medical fix, not a hearing aid sale.
- Pure-tone audiometry in a quiet booth: you respond to soft tones across the pitches of speech, ear by ear, building your audiogram.
- Speech testing — because detecting beeps and understanding words are different skills.
- Results in plain language, in Kannada, Tulu, Tamil, Malayalam or English depending on your branch. You keep the full report.

How much does a hearing test cost?
The full 30-minute assessment is free for everyone aged 60 and above, and we run free-test offers for all ages — call your nearest branch to confirm the current offer.
How often should I get my hearing tested?
Once a year after 50, or immediately if you notice yourself asking people to repeat, raising the TV volume, or struggling in group conversation. Annual checks catch gradual loss early.
Can I get tested at home?
Yes — if travelling is difficult, our audiologist visits your home anywhere in a branch's service area for a flat ₹500.
