Our editorial policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
We publish this information to help people understand hearing health, hearing tests, and the care available at Let's Hear. It is general education, not personal medical advice or a diagnosis.
Who creates the content
Content is prepared by the Let's Hear audiology and editorial teams. Where an article or guide has been medically reviewed, the page names the clinician and shows its review date. That review applies to the page carrying the byline; it does not mean every page on this website has been medically reviewed.
Clinical review and sources
We seek clinical review for material that gives health guidance, and cite relevant research or authoritative health sources where they support specific claims. For example, our hearing-care guide for seniors identifies its medical reviewer and lists its sources. If a page has no medical-review byline, do not treat it as individually reviewed advice.
Products, services, and prices
Let's Hear is a hearing-care provider and fits products from multiple hearing-aid brands. Product and service pages describe the models and care offered through our clinics. Price ranges are indicative and may change; the clinic confirms the applicable price after an assessment. We aim to explain options in relation to a person's hearing results, needs, and budget.
Updates and corrections
We update pages when information changes or a material correction is needed. If you spot an error, unclear wording, or an outdated claim, email letshearinfo@gmail.com with the page URL and the detail you would like us to review.
Screening disclaimer
The online hearing check is a screening, not a diagnosis. It runs in your browser and cannot replace a hearing assessment with calibrated clinic equipment.
