Let's Hear Speech and Hearing Clinic ("Let's Hear", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data this website handles and why — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect, and why

Enquiry and appointment forms. If you submit a form, we receive the details you type — your name, phone number, preferred clinic, service of interest, and message. We use them for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. Submitting a form requires your explicit consent tick.

The online hearing check. The screening at /hearing-test/ runs entirely on your device. Your answers and results are not uploaded, stored, or seen by us — unless you choose to share your result with us via WhatsApp, which happens through your own WhatsApp app, under your control.

Website analytics. With your consent (the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked. Analytics is off by default and only activates if you press Accept. You can decline with one tap and the site works identically. We do not send health information to analytics.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not store medical or hearing data through this website.
• We do not use your form details for marketing lists without asking you separately.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are delivered to our clinic email by a form-delivery service; analytics, if you consent, is processed by Google. Both act as processors for the purposes described above.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to letshearinfo@gmail.com or call +91 70222 36768 and we will act on your request.
