Speech Therapy
Let’s Hear provides speech-language therapy for children and adults — delayed speech, articulation, fluency, and adult speech recovery — in Kannada, Tulu and English, because therapy works best in the language you think in.
For children
Late first words, unclear speech classmates tease about, stammering, or the speech-and-hearing overlap: children who hear poorly often speak unclearly, which is why assessment always considers both. Our pediatric hearing care and speech teams work together, and early intervention consistently produces the best outcomes — if you’re unsure whether it’s “just a phase”, a screening settles it without pressure.
For adults
Speech therapy isn’t only for children. We work with adults recovering clarity and confidence after stroke or neurological injury, with voice strain, and with fluency. Sessions build practical, daily-life communication — phone calls, work meetings, family conversation — with structured home practice between visits.
The Tulu difference
Our Mangalore branch is one of the few in coastal Karnataka offering therapy in Tulu — for children and elders alike, hearing and practising speech in the words used at home matters enormously.
Sessions run at all 8 clinics, Mon–Sat 10 AM–7 PM. Book an assessment — it starts with listening, in every sense.
Frequently asked questions
What ages do you provide speech therapy for?
All ages — from toddlers with delayed speech through school-age articulation work to adults recovering speech after stroke or injury.
In which languages is therapy conducted?
Kannada, Tulu (a Mangalore speciality) and English across the network, with local-language support at Tamil Nadu and Kerala branches. Therapy works best in the language a person thinks in.
How long does speech therapy take to show results?
It varies with the condition and consistency of practice — many families see meaningful progress within a few months of regular sessions plus home exercises. Your therapist sets honest expectations at assessment.
